• Your data, technical drawings and documents are handled confidentially and made accessible to manufacturing partners only with your consent.
• You can reach CNC manufacturing partners in Europe and worldwide. For manufacturing outside the European Union, we clearly identify the country of manufacture in advance. Manufacturing may only begin with your prior approval.

Registration is required to publish your request for quotation on the platform. Only registered manufacturing partners with a signed cooperation agreement can access your request; you decide who may access your drawings.

Guidance for a complete request for quotation

• Specify your required delivery terms precisely in accordance with Incoterms 2020 when requesting a quotation, so that you receive comparable offers.
• Always request a first article before series production and state this requirement in your request for quotation. Agree the terms for producing the first article with the manufacturing partner and approve it before series production begins.

• Only registered manufacturing partners with a signed cooperation agreement can view customers’ requests for quotation after logging in.
• Based on the manufacturing capabilities and capacity information you provide, we notify you of suitable new requests for quotation.
• Tell us about your available manufacturing capacity and keep it up to date so we can consider you for suitable enquiries.
• You are free to decide which requests interest you and which you would like to quote for.
• If you have questions, you can communicate directly with the customer and clarify technical details. Schwung CNC can assist when needed.
• Commission is payable only after successful manufacturing and delivery, in accordance with the cooperation agreement.
• If a first article has been agreed, clarify its terms with the customer and obtain documented approval before starting series production.
